I’m soo upset. I was eating unhealty things and not doing workouts. And of course i gained. I don’t now how much but i can feel my body. It’s bigger :(. But today i’m starting to eat healty and losing weigth. Today is 31st September and i’m starting.

Tip: Always keep some sugar-free gum handy. In your desk, bag or pocket. When you feel hungry, chew the gum for at least 15 minutes. If you still feel hungry, have a drink of water. If your STILL hungry, have a snack. If the hunger cravings are gone after chewing gum, your probably bored.
